Today is the release of the the latest interview with Director Oliver Rogers about the up and coming release of The Black Spot this December on Troma Now! Here is the first exclusive clip from The Black Spot Movie! In this scene Commander Jane Baldwin (Thea Balich) has to give some difficult news to her mysterious overlord, I.O.T.F High Commander Kaufman (Lloyd Kaufman). The film will be streaming on Troma Now on the 13th of December so be sure to tune in!
Excellent news for New York Fans! The first public screening of the Black Spot ever will be held at The Film Noir Cinema on December 18th at 8:30 pm EST. Tickets are now on sale and all proceeds are going to support this amazing independent cinema in its time of need! Find ticket sales here.
The Film Noir Cinema have also set up a Go Fund Me Page – due to these unprecedented times it has been a real struggle for not only mainstream cinemas, but most importantly, independent cinemas to stay alive. Donations can be given via the Go fund me page which can be found here.
It’s safe to say that ‘The Black Spot’ movie has been a labour of love for all people involved, cast and crew.
